Switchboard Services

The switchboard operators serve as the first contact for callers to

Cuyamaca College, and direct contact for Cuyamaca College staff.

The functions of the switchboard are:

Direct callers to appropriate departments and/or personnel
Provide general information about the campus and college programs and activities
Provide faculty/staff with information and direction
Distributes/maintains keys for campus
Maintains all campus phones, voicemails, and department phone trees
Creates/maintains database for campus directories
Back-up for mailroom - mailroom supplies, and processing of incoming and outgoing mail

Monday through Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm

Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
