Switchboard Services
The switchboard
operators serve as the first contact for callers to
Cuyamaca College, and direct
contact for Cuyamaca College staff.
The functions of the switchboard are:

Direct callers to appropriate departments and/or
personnel

Provide general information about the
campus and college programs and activities
-
Provide faculty/staff with information
and direction

Distributes/maintains
keys for campus
-
Maintains all campus
phones, voicemails, and department phone trees

Creates/maintains
database for campus directories
-
Back-up for mailroom -
mailroom supplies, and processing of incoming
and outgoing mail

Friday:
