
Associate in Science degrees with an emphasis in Web Development are awarded when students have completed:
• 12 units of Department CIS Core Requirements.
• A minimum of 18 units of CIS/GD Department Electives.
Total: 30-36 units for the CIS Department plus the general education requirements.
This Associate in Science degree program provides students with practical experience creating websites and prepares them for entry-level positions as web designers, web programmers or web server administrators. The curriculum uses state of the art software and hardware typically found in the field of professional web development.
