Intersession and Financial Aid

For students attending intersession at Cuyamaca College: Your intersession units* will be added to your spring semester unit load to determine your spring semester financial aid award and your aid will be disbursed according to the spring disbursement dates on your award letter. There are no Pell Grant book vouchers available for the intersession; however, your Board of Governors Fee Waiver will apply towards your fees for the intersession.

*NOTE:  You must receive a grade of A – F, P, or NP for your units to count towards your spring award.  A grade of W (withdrawal) will not count towards your spring award.

Cuyamaca College offers a full array of financial aid programs available to full-time and part-time students.

In 2012-13, Cuyamaca College administered over $14 million worth of federal, state, private and institutional student aid. Funds are awarded to students in the form of grants, scholarships, loans, and work-study.
