Research: Societal Issues
To use published journal sources for investigating a current societal issue,
affecting the socialization of children in our community.
Choose a current societal issue which a child (ages 0 to 18) may face in
our community, and would have implications for child care, school, or
teaching (chapters 5, 6, 7 in the text). Your instructor will post a list
of pre-approved topics which are suitable. If your topic is not on the
list, please email the instructor for approval before you start your

Reference the articles using APA format, and add the
saved articles (from your computer
files) as an appendix to your paper.
