Once you have decided what positive change you would like to
make, keep a journal on your experience.
You will be responsible for six entries over the
course of two weeks.
They should be about one developed paragraph each.
Then, write an argument based on your own experiences and
the research you find.
For example, if you found that eliminating dairy from
your diet helped you in some way and you have found research to
support that, write an essay in which you argue that people
should eliminate dairy from their diets.
You will need to incorporate at least three sources in
your research paper and demonstrate the proper usage of the MLA
format for citing sources.
