The Articles of
Confederation
Avalon Yale Project provides the text of
the Articles of Confederation which was the first constitution
of the United States from 1781 to 1789. Includes links to the
U.S. Consititution and the Annapolis Convention where delegates
met to discuss how to address defects in the federal
government.
Biographical Directory of
the United States Congress
The directory allows users to search for
current and former members of Congress (1774-present) by name,
position, or state. Information provided includes birth and
death dates, education, employment and election history.
