Adding A New Course

What do I need from the library in order to complete my course additions forms?
  • 1. Print a copy of the Library Course/Program Addition Survey Form and fill it out.
  • 2. Determine which librarian is responsible for your subject area, by looking at this list of subject area specialists.
  • 3. Send your completed Library Course/Program Addition Survey Form to the appropriate librarian, along with a copy of your other course addition forms (filled out), as well as the course outline. Please get these documents to the librarian ahead of time - before you schedule an appointment.
  • 4. Schedule an appointment with the appropriate liaison librarian.
