The Cuyamaca OH Program's Osher Dedicated Scholarships
The Bernard Osher Foundation assisted California Community Colleges in establishing perpetual scholarship endowments for students across California.  The Cuyamaca College Ornamental Horticulture Program has three available to students in the program.  Application for scholarships will be in the spring with the regular CCBS Scholarship Cycle.

Golf Course Superintendents Association of America Logo In recognition of the need to encourage creative young talent to pursue careers in floriculture, the Joseph Shinoda Memorial Scholarship Foundation was established. A non-profit organization, its sole purpose is to provide scholarship assistance to deserving students who have chosen to prepare for careers in the flower industry. LEAF Scholarship Logo Scholarships are available for students who will be continuing at their present college or who will be transferring to a four year college in the fall of 2013. Applications must be postmarked by April 16, 2013.

AWIS Logo Each year the San Diego County Farm Bureau Scholarship Committee selects several students who are enrolled or entering college as scholarship recipients. Students entering or attending a two-year or four-year college or university are eligible. Applicants must be pursuing a course of study in agriculture or a closely related field, and they must have a permanent residence in San Diego County. Membership in the Farm Bureau is not required.  Application deadline: April 11, 2011
