Learn the fundamentals of the game of a lifetime—GOLF! This class for beginners, will consist of range practice under the watchful eye of a golf professional. This is a great way to get started! Clubs are provided.

Horseback Riding, Part I
Enjoy learning how to ride a horse! Experience the wide-open spaces and the tranquility of the countryside on horseback. You will learn safety, bridling, how to walk, trot, canter, trail ride, care and groom (minimum age is 12 years old). Must be physically able to groom, saddle and bridle a horse and must be able to lift 25 pounds. Please call Bright Valley Farms at 619-670-1861 for rider weight limitations. Please wear jeans and boots or shoes with low heel.

Power Yoga & Pilates Body Conditioning
Looking for a great way to develop strength and definition or want to revitalize your body? Both yoga and pilates will improve posture, increase flexibility, firm and tone your muscles, as well as improve balance and coordination. The result is a complete and  invigorating workout designed for all fitness levels. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a towel and exercise mat.
