Instead of typing at people, show them what you're talking about instead. Jing is free software that adds visuals to your communications. You can snap a picture of your screen or record video of onscreen action, and then share it instantly over the web, IM, or email. See how I have been using Jing to comment on student homework, explain concepts, and provide custom individualized video tutorials to answer student questions.
