Cowles Mountain Hike & Stress Reduction Discussion

Research shows that physical activity, mindfulness, and community help reduce stress and improve mind-body health and resilience. Join us for a 3-mile Cowles Mountain hike that includes all three. We'll meet at the trail head at 7am and begin with a brief discussion about stress reduction and mindful walking. Bring water and a snack. See Trail Map for hike details.
