At no other time in our nation's history has the county experienced 4 distinct generations working together in the workplace. Colleges, as well as businesses, are finding this quite challenging. How do we prepare people of different generations for this new aspect of their worklife? By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to identify each generation and what motivates or does not motivate them to preform at their highest levels in today's work environment. We will also touch briefly on individual learning styles that can also provide clues as to how to motivate students.
