Non-Defensive Communications

Attendees will learn how to resolve conflict in the workplace and how to eliminate defensive confrontations and communications. Attendees will develop vocabulary to effectively speak to the issues which are causing conflict and avoid blame and other destructive conversations.

All attendees will receive a helpful desk reference.
