For the first time in America's history we have four generations working side by side in the workplace. Cross-generational teams face many challenges including communication issues, differing workplace values, and misconceptions about workplace motivators. This workshop will define the differences between the four generations and will provide you with tips on how you or your students can be better prepared to effectively work with and lead cross-generational teams.
