Faculty evaluation is a process designed to improve teaching; however, it can sometimes be used as a process in determining personnel decisions. By attending this 1 hour workshop, you'll better understand how the faculty evaluation process functions according to the collective bargaining agreement and what you can do to improve your overall evaluation by understanding what evaluators are looking for when they visit your classroom.
