• Record of Attendance (for activities on the Professional Development Week Schedule)
  • Spring 2013 - submit online
  • Fall 2012 (due November 9 for adjuncts & May 18 for full timers, print and turn in to Cheryl Alvarez in Connie Elder's mailbox)
• Individual Activities (for activities not on the Schedule)
  adjuncts: dates must fall between January 22 - April 19 for spring 2013
  full-timers: dates must fall between July 1 - May 17
  • Individual Activity Proposal - submit BEFORE you do the activity for pre-approval
  • Completed Individual Activity - submit AFTER you do the activity for credit

You may check the status of your hours by logging in to Blackboard. We do send reminders to your WebAdvisor email address when we don't get paperwork, but it is your responsibility to confirm your hours. (Do you need instructions on how to change your WebAdvisor email address?)
