Tutor's Role

A Tutor may NOT:
- Assist with take home tests, online tests/quizzes or exams
- Assist with corrections on tests/exams for grades
- Do a student’s homework
- Do a student’s research or research project
- Assist a student not enrolled in the specific tutored class at Cuyamaca College
- Teach or cover material not introduced by the instructor in class
- Substitute for instructors, correct/grade exams, or proctor exams
- Supervise or assist students in the classroom at class times
- Correct a student’s work or assignment
- Prepare instructional materials
