/3/05 Nicole Nicastro, Yeleny Torres and Ashley Banks faired
well against some tough four year competition. Robert Hernandez lead
the men with Carmelo Martinez, Zach Norcross and Matt Renaud finishing up
for the coyotes. 9/9/05 David Moiser lead the Coyote men with a 19th place finish followed by Carmelo Martinez finishing in 21st place. Robert Hernandez, Eladio Carrillo, Matt Renaud, Zach Norcross and Ricardo Bernal rounded out the top seven. The men's team finished 8th out of 22 Southern California schools. The lady coyotes also finished 8th at this meet and were
led by Yeleny Torres with a 20th place finish. Nicole Nicastro was
close behind finishing 28th, Ashley Banks finished 37th followed by Jenna
Tenessen, Amanda Vuletich, and Rachelle Huber. 9/16/05 PALOMAR INVITE Coyotes Win!!!!!!! Both the men and women Coyotes were victorious at the Palomar invite. David Moiser (3rd), Carmelo Martinez (4th), Eladio Carrillo (6th), Robert Hernandez (8th) and Matt Renaud (9th) all ran excellent races and only had a time gap of 1:14. The women were led once again by sophomore Nicole Nicastro. Nicole won the race, Ashley Banks was second and Yeleny Torres was third on the team and in the race. Jenna Tenessen, another El Capitan HS standout finished sixth in the race. Great Job Cuyamaca! 9/24/05
Meet Results - Men 10/8/05 10/14/05 Both men and women finish second at the Mt Sac
invitational. The men were led by Carmelo Martinez and the women
by Nicole Nicastro. 10/27/05 Cuyamaca Men Win Pacific Coast Conference! The Cuyamaca men had an outstanding day with the top five athletes finishing with only a 16 second separation to lead them to a conference championship. The men had all seven athletes finish in the top 15 in a field of 44 athletes. The Coyotes were led by David Moiser and Carmelo Martinez. The women were led by Yeleny Torres who
finished fourth in the race freshman Jenna Tenessen and Rachelle Hubert
